We want you to be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase to us in it’s original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Crystal Tiles.
A return authorization number is required to send back any part of your order. Please contact us so that we can issue your return authorization.
No refunds will be issued on any tile sent back to Crystal Tiles without a return authorization. All shipping costs associated with unauthorized returns will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of each box of tile you are returning. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that is not marked with a return authorization number.
Your returned tile must be in its original condition, and packed in the same manner in which it was received to avoid damages upon return. All returns will be inspected carefully upon return and damaged returns are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds on Returned Tile
All returns are subject to a 10% re-stock fee, unless the return is a result of an error in shipping.
You will be refunded the full amount of your order, less shipping and a re-stock fee if applicable.
We encourage you to use our Sample Program to avoid any mistakes in ordering and to ensure you are getting exactly what you want!
Damages and Shipment Errors
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives to ensure there are no damages. If the package or the tile is damaged, please notify us immediately by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or facsimile: 604.568.8952 and we will replace your tile at no charge. You must save all packing material for an arranged inspection by our shipping company.
In the event that we have made a shipping error, or you receive defective material, we will refund the entire purchase price, plus shipping. Please contact us and we will give you all the information you need to return your tile.
**It is important to note that all claims for damages and/or incorrect shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt.
